The Coop wishes to advise its members and the general population that it will continue to develop health services that will respond to the needs of our community. We are in the process of developing new partnerships that should lead to the recruitment of new doctors. The Coop also intends to poll our citizens on their needs and preferences in the fields of health services in the near future.
With respect to the decision by most of the doctors to leave the clinic and to relocate elsewhere, any questions related to the doctors should be addressed to them.
The Aylmer Health Coop, owner of the medical clinic on rue du Couvent, intends to pursue its mission of providing the best possible access to health care services to the local community.

TO BE SEEN BY A DOCTOR, PLEASE CALL AHEAD AT 819-684-1234.
NO ONE WILL BE SEEN WHO HAS NOT MADE AN APPOINTMENT!
New location for some emergency visits – Certain evenings and some week-ends and statutory holidays, the doctor on duty will be at our satellite clinic at 200 du Portage where Doctors Chelvi Pandian and Pierre Anya Mengue practice as part of our Family Medicine Group (GMF).
The procedure for making appointments remains the same.
Patients are invited to make appointments by calling 819-684-1234 starting at 8:00 am during the week and from 7:45 am on week-ends and statutory holidays.
Please do not come to the clinic without having first made an appointment as this will avoid unnecessary trips. Most of the time there will be no places available for people who wait at the door in the morning before the clinic opens.
Appointments will be booked based on availability, taking into account the number of doctors on duty and the nature of the emergency. Priority is given to patients who have a family doctor in our GMF. For this reason, it is possible that very few slots will be available for others.
