The Aylmer Health Coop goes on-line!

Because you provided the Coop with an e-mail address the last time you paid your annual membership dues and as a result of the gradual implementation of a new computer system, we can now communicate more efficiently with our members.

You can pay your 2013 membership dues directly by credit card or through the PayPal on-line payment system that is secure, user-friendly, fast and free! By paying your membership dues online, you help the Coop to achieve significant postage savings.

NEW SERVICES

Chair massage every Tuesday afternoon. Fee of 20$ for a 15 minute session with receipt for insurance purposes. Pregnant women welcome. Reserve your place today.See François LAMARCHE's leaflet (in French), massothérapeute approved.
Doctor available to complete driver’s license forms for patients with no family doctor. Applicable fees are not covered by the RAMQ and Coop members who have paid their 2012 annual membership fee will get a 50% reduction.

The walk-in clinic is open to receive patients from 8 am to 5 pm from Monday to Thursday, from 8 am to 12:30 pm on Friday and from 9 am to 12 pm Saturday, Sunday and Statutory Holidays. It is also possible to reserve an appointment by phoning the clinic weekdays starting at 8:30 am. Appointments are given according to resources available that day. (January 12th, 2012)

The LAB is open from Monday to Thursday, from 7:30 to 11:30 am
